<span style="font-size: large;"> 很多人以為「<strong>登直</strong>」整個人就是好姿勢,<strong>這是錯的</strong>。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> 首先要知道腰和腳是怎樣運作的,我常常講,很重要的是深層肌肉(如腹橫肌)要有力,深層肌肉是「碼住」我們的骨頭的(想不到一個文雅一點的說法),讓我們可以抗衡地深吸力,才可以站起來;然後才是表層肌肉(如「老鼠仔」二頭肌)去活動骨頭,但很多時深層肌肉,沒特別的鍛練過時,都是很弱的,特別是我們很多腰腿問題的人,腹橫肌等深層肌肉都是沒有力,於是表層肌肉被迫要,又要碼住骨頭又要活動骨頭…結果會過勞,然後是抽緊了,但抽緊了的肌肉一般是不痛的,但會無力易累,然後一段時間後就會疼痛了…很多時是先肌肉過勞繃緊,接著是,肌肉連繫著的骨頭被扯緊,於是關節就會僵硬了。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> 所以,要解決這個問題,就是要強化深層肌肉及作伸展運動。深層肌肉有力,就能給予骨關節良好的支撐和保護,繃緊疼痛的表層肌肉就會放鬆下來;伸展運動則是讓收緊了的肌肉拉長,可消除疲勞及回復柔軟有力</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">我不會治療壓力,但對於精神壓力引起的症狀,如失眠﹑胃痛﹑疲勞無力﹑心悸﹑渴睡﹑頭痛等,是可以治療的;長期處於極度緊張繃緊是很痛苦的,透過深層治療 / 髗骶骨治療以及一些治療運動,身體回復舒適自然的狀態,就會感到自己之前是繃緊得那麼厲害!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> 很多年在外頭的工作,最關注的是例如人工有幾多﹑假期有幾多;老闆最關注的是生意好不好;客人關注的是收費幾多;或者是一直讓我痛苦的是,總要限著每一個客人手法治療(徒手治療)的時間…所以為了從心所欲,有很長的時間,我不做全職,在自己的時間,我可以使出渾身解數,去給客人做治療,不再受制於幾多時間/幾多錢等很煩悶的東西。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><span style="font-size: large;"> 一個廚師最喜歡就是可以發揮自己的廚藝,不斷創作更好的菜色給人,讓人吃得開心又健康。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> 有些人會跟我講在醫院裡當治療師不是很好嗎? 我很敬佩很多在公營醫院工作的同工;說實在,輪候期過長,病人太多,醫院物理治療門診所能作的很有限,沒時間做手法治療﹑也無法很深入很全面的治療,都是做一些運動﹑儀器﹑熱敷,是很難有比較理想的效果(因為機制問題無法盡力去治療病人,如果是我我真覺得很難過),然後做大概十次,不理效果如何也得放棄;然後治療師還有很多的事要做…</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">心就是總司令,指揮著身體那幾多兆個細胞,要大聲的說「起來」或「噢…不行了」,那還是看自己想怎樣。</span><br />
